```Job Summary```

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. for the 2024-2025 school year. You will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging and challenging learning environment for our students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to help students achieve their goals.

```Responsibilities```

- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in accordance with the school's Constructivist philosphy

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth

- Assess student performance and provide ongoing constructive feedback

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies

- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance students' learning experience

- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress

- Participate in professional development activities, and school events

- Understanding of childhood development principles and the ability to teaching students effectively

- Excellent mentoring skills to guide students in their academic journey

- Knowledge of differentiation to support students with diverse learning needs

- Proficiency in literacy education to enhance reading and writing skills

- Experience in curriculum development to create engaging and relevant lesson plans

Pay: $34,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
